Partially staging this family home in Pukekohe was all about refining what was already there. By thoughtfully rearranging the existing layout and editing key pieces-like moving the owners’ sofas from one living area to the other-we were able to create a stronger sense of flow and functionality throughout the home. We then layered in our own furniture and styling pieces to complement the existing elements, tying everything together into a cohesive, elevated scheme. The result is a balanced, lived-in feel that still presents beautifully for the market, helping buyers connect with both the space and its potential.
