We love a partial staging transformation! Our vendors have worked extremely hard to pull off a great renovation of their family home and we get the privilege of helping them show that off while challenging ourselves to incorporate our staging as seamlessly as possible into their existing furniture and accessories as well as their lifestyle as they live in the property while on the market!  

Having previously been a rental property this home has been through an amazing transformation to get on the market! Our vendors have absolutely put in the hard yards to get this place look as market ready as possible and we are so happy we could add that finishing touch to really make the property stand out!   

The perfect first step onto the property ladder or investment opportunity! We wanted to make this home a place that young families can picture themselves living in with minimal work and so we added some modern flare while still using classic pieces mixed in to stay in tune with the age of the home as well as the features. Using some neutrals and soft contrasting colours to work with the yellow curtains.   

Adding the finishing touches to this property made such a big difference! cushions and decor and minor furniture placement adjustments to create a cohesive and balanced look that we are so well known for.
