Do you have a showroom?

Found & Co is online only.  As we don’t have a showroom, we can offer our extensive range of product to you, anywhere in New Zealand with fantastic savings!  (the benefit, you can shop in your pjs, no judgment).

I'm struggling to make a decision, can you help with design advice?

I would love to help!  There are many options, send me a message from the Interior Design link, let's setup a time to talk!  

Can we view product?

This may be able to be arranged, dependent on where you are located, and if the item is available to be viewed. 

Do you discount for multiple items?

We will always look at your total order and offer the best prices possible. If you wish to order several large items, please get in touch.

 How much is shipping?

We will send you a quote for delivery, as this is dependent on the size of the items on order. The quote must be accepted before your order is placed.  Once confirmed, your credit card will be charged.

When can I expect my order?

This depends on where you are located, we do our best to give you an accurate eta, but cannot be held responsible for the freight companies not delivering on time. Please allow anywhere from 1-15 working days.  Please note, our product is shipped from suppliers all over New Zealand.   If you have ordered multiple items, these may turn up in different packages, on differing days.

If an item is out of stock can I Pre-order?

Yes of course!  Get in touch, if there is a new shipment due in, we ask for 30% deposit to pre order for you.

 What happens if I change my mind?

Found & Co cannot take goods back on a change of mind basis. We endeavour to provide as much information about the product as possible so your decision to purchase is an informed one.

What happens if an item is damaged?

Before taking receipt of the order, please check for any faults or damages and make notes of any defects on the delivery docket. If possible take a photo of the fault.  Found & Co must be notified of the fault within 24 hours.  Please email sales@foundnco.co.nz.  Failure to do so may will mean that any freight insurance is void. Once we have the details we will liase with our suppliers regarding the appropriate action to reach a solution. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no charge.

 Can we collect our order?

On some occasions yes, this is on a case by case basis, please let us know, we will see what we can do.

Found & Co is based in Pukekohe, our products are dispatched from Suppliers all over New Zealand.
