Another great staging done for our friends at Emandee Homes. Staging 2 of the 5 units they have going on the market to show off the different flooring and kitchen colour ways. With the properties being located next to one of Pukekohe's local parks catering to the kiddos was an absolute must! Two completely seperate looks and layouts to show the versatility these townhouses offer and they turned out fantastic! 

Starting 2025 off with a little 3 bedroom cutie!! This classic 1950s built home has amazing potential and with staging we truly show how easy it is to bring this property into the modern era and work those gorgeous rimu features into a beautiful homely scheme. 

This brand new build by GJ Gardner Pukekohe was like it was made for Found & Co staging (but we may or may not say that about every house). Creating an aspirational scheme that absolutely matches the modern fixtures and using the correct sized furniture to show potential buyers that their own pieces will fit into these spaces! 

Rural living with modern design is something I'm sure we can all appreciate! When approached to stage this home there were talks of aiming for a record sale price for the area and so we knew we had a beautiful home on our hands and it did not disappoint! Bringing the outside in using green and wood tones to truly encompass the peaceful lifestyle someone could live here.   

A Villa like this is a job we absolutely love! Our vendors love of antique and heirloom furniture pieces was a fantastic change of pace. In order to appeal to the largest amount of potential buyers we needed to modernise and depersonalise the home while still working with the buildings heritage features and the finished result looked seamless.
