We love a good challenge here at Found & Co and this huge property was definitely a fun challenge for us! With the Main house, Basement and Granny Flat all needing seperate schemes that still needed to look cohesive in the marketing campaign! 3 days of planning and two days of staging working in our furniture and accessories and styling the whole property to create a whole look that will get this property sold. 

A lovely little three bedroom home! Our vendors have put in the time and effort to paint and re-carpet the property for sale and its only right to add those amazing finishing touches that staging brings to really show this home at its fullest potential. 

Another great staging done for our friends at Emandee Homes. Staging 2 of the 5 units they have going on the market to show off the different flooring and kitchen colour ways. With the properties being located next to one of Pukekohe's local parks catering to the kiddos was an absolute must! Two completely seperate looks and layouts to show the versatility these townhouses offer and they turned out fantastic!

This brand new build by GJ Gardner Pukekohe was like it was made for Found & Co staging (but we may or may not say that about every house).
