the challenge of staging two properties with the same floor plan right next to each other is how do we show the differences and appeal to a broad audience so that both properties can shine? thankfully this grey kitchen cabinetry colour gave us the option to go for a black and blue scheme that we love and is so different to the very warm and neutral scheme next door at 24.   

A Villa like this is a job we absolutely love! Our vendors love of antique and heirloom furniture pieces was a fantastic change of pace. In order to appeal to the largest amount of potential buyers we needed to modernise and depersonalise the home while still working with the buildings heritage features and the finished result looked seamless.   

A country charmer full of colour and personality to work with! With 5 Bedrooms 3 Living Spaces, an office and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of opportunities to add the Found & Co touch to this home.
