An amazing renovation done by our return clients! All it needed was a special finishing touch before going to market. We absolutely love how this one turned out! Being a coastal property it would've been easy to use a classic blue beachy scheme but we really wanted to move away from the cliche and create an elevated look. This boho modern coastal vibe does exactly that with black accents throughout and a neutral colour palette. 

A great family home! Adding necessary colour to compliment the multiple bright feature walls was a must to create a cohesive looking marketing scheme.   

We love a partial staging transformation! Our vendors have worked extremely hard to pull off a great renovation of their family home and we get the privilege of helping them show that off while challenging ourselves to incorporate our staging as seamlessly as possible into their existing furniture and accessories as well as their lifestyle as they live in the property while on the market!
