Shipping policy

Once you have created an account you may select items to go into your shopping cart, when you check out you will be asked for your delivery address.

 We will email a confirmation of receipt of your order and will again confirm within 24 hours that the item is in stock and a delivery price. Once you have accepted the freight price by return email or phone your credit card will be charged for the total order amount and the freight amount or payment will be required by direct credit.  If you decide not to continue with the transaction due to the item being out of stock or unacceptable freight costs, your payment will not be processed to your credit card. Note items that are out of stock can generally be ordered in or new shipments may be arriving.

 Allow 3 - 15 days for delivery for an item from receipt of payment, depending on your location, we will do our best to give you an estimated time of arrival on your order.

 All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer. When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays. We cannot delivery to a PO BOX address.

Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.
