With partial staging, we work with the homeowner’s existing furniture and belongings wherever possible, making thoughtful adjustments to help the home photograph at its best. One thing we always consider is the placement of TVs. If we can, we prefer to hide them for marketing photos, as their large blocks of black can draw the eye away from the room’s features, interrupt the colour palette and detract from the overall feel of the space. By minimising these distractions, we can keep the focus on what really matters - showcasing the home’s best features and helping buyers connect with the space.
